Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days. Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. During high volume periods, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
Shipping Method & Delivery Time
We offer 1st Class Tracked Shipping with an estimated transit time of 10 to 15 business days after dispatch. Please allow up to 2 to 3 business days for your order to be fulfilled before it is dispatched. Occasionally items may be temporarily out of stock or back ordered and we will communicate any shipping delays to you as soon as possible.
Where We Ship From
We keep our stock in Fujian, China and all orders are dispatched directly from there to your doorstep.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. You can use this number to track your shipment directly on the carrier’s website.
Incorrect Shipping Address
If you have entered an incorrect shipping address please contact us immediately at info@brenvalist.com. We will do our best to update the address for you. Please note that we may not be able to make changes after the order has been dispatched so please double check your address before placing your order.
