These Billing Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made at Brenvalist. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

  • PayPal (PayPal account balance, bank account, or credit/debit card via PayPal’s gateway)
  • Credit Cards – Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover (processed through PayPal)
  • Debit Cards – All major debit cards (processed through PayPal)

You do not need a PayPal account to pay with a credit or debit card. Simply select “Pay with Debit or Credit Card” at checkout.

2. Currency and Pricing

All prices on our website are displayed in US Dollars ($).

Prices are inclusive of any applicable taxes. We do not charge VAT as we are not VAT registered.

We reserve the right to update pricing at any time. However, the price you see at checkout is the price you pay.

3. Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through PayPal. We do not collect, store, or have access to your payment card details.

PayPal handles all payment data in accordance with industry security standards (PCI DSS compliance).

By placing an order, you authorise PayPal to charge your selected payment method for the total order amount, including shipping costs.

4. Order Total

Your order total includes:

  • Product price(s)
  • Shipping costs (calculated at checkout)
  • Any applicable taxes

There are no hidden fees. The amount you see at checkout is the final amount you pay.

5. Billing Information

You agree to provide accurate and complete billing information when placing an order. This includes:

  • Full name (as it appears on your payment method)
  • Billing address
  • Email address
  • Phone number

If your billing information does not match your payment method, your order may be delayed or cancelled.

6. Payment Authorization

When you place an order, we request a payment authorisation from PayPal. This confirms that your payment method is valid and has sufficient funds.

If authorisation fails, your order will not be processed. You will be notified and asked to provide an alternative payment method.

7. Order Confirmation

Once your payment is successfully processed, you will receive:

  • An order confirmation email (acknowledging we received your order)
  • A payment receipt from PayPal

Please keep these emails for your records.

8. Failed Payments

If a payment fails after an order is placed (e.g., insufficient funds, expired card, payment declined), we will:

  • Notify you via email
  • Hold your order for up to 48 hours while we wait for payment to be resolved
  • Cancel the order if payment is not completed within 48 hours

9. Refunds and Chargebacks

Refunds are issued in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

If you dispute a charge with your bank or payment provider (chargeback) before contacting us, we reserve the right to:

  • Suspend your account
  • Block future orders from your account and shipping address
  • Take legal action to recover funds if the chargeback is found to be fraudulent

10. Taxes and Duties

We are based in the United Kingdom and are not VAT registered. No UK VAT is charged on orders.

For customers in the United States, no additional sales tax is charged at checkout. You are responsible for any applicable state or local use taxes.

For both UK and USA customers, there are no customs, import duties, or additional fees on your order.

11. Currency Conversion

If your payment method uses a currency other than USD, PayPal will handle the currency conversion. Exchange rates are set by PayPal and may include a conversion fee. We are not responsible for currency fluctuations or conversion fees.
