1. 30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return for a refund or exchange. After 30 days, we cannot accept returns.
2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unworn and unused.
- In the same perfect condition you received it.
- In the original packaging, with all tags and labels attached.
- Accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase.
3. How to Start a Return
- Email us at info@brenvalist.com with your order number and reason for return within the 30-day window.
- We will email you instructions and the return address (please do not send items back to any other address).
- Ship your return. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your protection.
4. Return Shipping & Costs
- Free Returns: If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will provide a prepaid return label or reimburse your standard shipping cost.
- Change of Mind / Size Exchange: If you are returning an item because you changed your mind or need a different size, you are responsible for the return shipping cost. This cost will be deducted from your refund unless you are exchanging for a different size of the same item.
5. Refunds
- Inspection: Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you via email about the status of your refund.
- Processing Time: If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.
- Bank Processing: Please note it can take additional time (typically 5-10 business days) for the refund to appear in your bank or credit card statement, depending on your financial institution.
6. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if we sent the wrong item.
- To request an exchange, please email us at info@brenvalist.com.
- If you need a different size of the same item, we will guide you through a simple exchange process.
7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We are sorry if this happens! Please contact us immediately at info@brenvalist.com with:
- Your order number.
- Photos of the damaged/defective product or the incorrect item you received.
We will arrange a free return or replacement as quickly as possible.
8. Order Cancellations & “Change of Mind” Before Shipping
You may cancel your order or change your mind without penalty only if you contact us within 24 hours of placing your order and before your order has been shipped. Once the shipping label is created, we cannot cancel the order, and the standard return policy above applies.
