Q1. Where does Brenvalist ship to?
We ship to all addresses within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time. All orders are dispatched from our US-based fulfillment centers.

Q2. How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 4 to 8 business days. Total estimated delivery time is 5 to 11 business days. You will receive a tracking email once your order ships.

Q3. Is shipping free?
Yes. We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. No minimum order value is required.

Q4. What fabric are your co-ord sets made from?
Our current collection features Premium Textured Jacquard fabric, known for its structured texture, breathable feel, and polished appearance, making it suitable for casual wear, office settings, and semi-formal occasions.

Q5. What sizes do you offer?
Please refer to the size chart available on each product page to find your best fit. Sizes may vary slightly between styles so we recommend checking the chart before ordering.

Q6. What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 28 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging with proof of purchase. To start a return, email info@brenvalist.com with your order number. Once your return is received and approved, refunds are processed within 7 to 14 business days to your original payment method.

Q7. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Stripe, and PayPal. All transactions are processed securely and your payment details are never stored on our servers.

Q8. Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Contact us immediately at info@brenvalist.com to request a cancellation.

Q9. What should I do if I receive a damaged or wrong item?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@brenvalist.com. Include your order number and photos of the item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Q10. How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

Q11. How long does a refund take?
Once your returned item is received and passes inspection, your refund will be processed within 7 to 14 business days to your original payment method. Your bank may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
