All orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Orders placed after 5:00 PM (EST) will be processed on the next business day. If there is a delay due to high order volume, customers will be notified via email.

Orders are shipped from our fulfillment partners located in the United States.

Estimated delivery times:
- United States: 3–10 business days
- International orders: 7–21 business days (depending on destination and customs clearance)
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or customs processing.
4. Shipping Costs

No shipping fees are charged at checkout.

Brenvalist is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.

8. Damaged, Lost, or Missing Packages

While we work closely with our carriers, delivery issues marked as “delivered” by the carrier may require carrier investigation before resolution.
